Workshops are a wonderful way to deepen your understanding of yoga on and off the mat. They enable you to honor your own style and interests by studying particular topics in depth. Most workshops are longer in duration than a regular class, and so allow for increased dialogue with the teacher and other students.
These dynamic workshops provide an abundance of information and experiences that can help you grow and enjoy your yoga journey!

This joyful practice will challenge your balance, strength and flexibility, as well as nurture courage, trust and compassion! Bring a friend, or you can be paired up.
Newbie Yoga
Learn the fundamentals of vinyasa yoga! Students will learn the basics of standing and seated poses, as well as some pranyama (breathing) and relaxation techniques. You'll gain the confidence and the knowledge to begin a strong yoga practice. Geared towards brand new beginners.
Yoga for Better Posture
Learn techniques for assessing and improving your posture while honoring your spine's natural curves. We will strengthen and open back and shoulder muscles, counteracting the negative effects computers, cars, and chairs have on our posture. You will leave with an awakened understanding of your alignment and lifestyle, and techniques to apply that awareness to your daily life. All levels are welcome.
Restorative Yoga
Release deep seated tensions with this therapeutic practice. We will linger in soothing and well-supported poses and emerge nourished and well rested. In addition to relaxing the gross skeletal muscles, we will isolate and relax subtle tensions in the eyes, heart, diaphragm and mind. Breathwork will be focused on releasing stress and surrendering to the present moment. Restore the body to balance and health, and savor finding deep contentment. All levels are welcome.
Yin Yoga
Unlock hidden energy by connecting your interior and exterior bodies. Yin yoga integrates passive asanas with breath work and meditation to create a deep and satisfying practice. Yin yoga targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, lower spine, and knees, helping the body remain supple and strong. Yin poses are held for several minutes, lubricating the joints and encouraging strength and elasticity of the ligaments. This therapeutic workshop incorporates meditation techniques with yin poses to allow for soothing relaxation. All levels are welcome.
Finding Balance On and Off the Mat
This workshop will explore the principles of balance for body and mind. We will practice both basic and more advanced balancing asanas and look at ways we can cultivate balance in our daily lives. To maintain poses like Vrksasana (Tree Pose) and Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose), we must continually refresh our balance. This constant effort of recentering brings us towards a harmony in our muscles, thoughts and consciousness. Strengthen your muscles, build coordination and improve your balance. All levels are welcome.
Arm Balances & Inversions
