class descriptions
Beginner’s Flow
This 8-week series teaches brand new students yoga fundamentals and provides students with the necessary guidance to develop a safe and healing practice. Students learn the basics of yogic breathing, sun salutations, yoga postures, focus points, energy blocks, and deep relaxation. By gaining a solid understanding of these elements, students will feel comfortable and confident moving into Level 1 classes.
Level 1
An introduction to vinyasa flow. Classes incorporate step back sun salutations, standing and balancing poses, seated forward bends and twists, and basic backbends and inversions for a well-rounded and energizing practice. Perfect for new students or yogis seeking a refresher on the basics of alignment and vinyasa flow.
Level 2
A vigorous class with a faster pace, challenging poses and sequencing are introduced. We practice surya namaskar A & B with jump-backs, chaturanga, and upward-facing dog. Classes involve complex standing sequences, deeper backbends, arm balances, and twists, as well as some advanced inversions. An attention to advanced pranyama techniques helps to open the body and mind simultaneously. Yoga experience recommended.
All Levels Flow
An animated flow appropriate for all-levels. Classes cover sun salutations, standing poses, hip-openers, seated poses, twists, backbends, and basic inversions. Newer students can build a strong base and are offered modifications, while more seasoned yogis can take their chaturanga and backbends deeper with variations. Gain flexibility, strength, and stamina.

Gentle Flow
Hit your reset button with this nurturing class designed to cultivate harmony between rhythmic movement and the breath. Gentle Flow incorporates the fundamentals of sun salutations and standing, seated, twisting, balancing and back bending asanas to help build strength, flexibility, and poise. Classes end with relaxation and meditation. Emerge feeling refreshed, centered and strong.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic power of vinyasa. Yin yoga integrates passive asanas with breath work and meditation to create a deep and satisfying practice. complementary to active vinyasa, Yin yoga targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, lower spine, and knees, helping the body remain supple and strong. This therapeutic class incorporates restorative techniques with yin poses to allow soothing relaxation.
Joyful Dance
A no-choreography dance class inspired by Five Rhythms, Ecstatic Dance and Dance Kinetics. Prepare to move and shed some of your fear about being in your body in non-directed ways! A free-flowing dance characterized by non-judgment and joyfulness in the body. Have fun, express yourself, and find tranquility and freedom while strengthening, stretching and letting your inner spirit dance.
