Sessions are catered to your needs and interests and provide a chance to deepen your practice in a safe and comfortable environment. I offer assists and adjustments, and pay particular attention to alignment as you explore the benefits of yoga. You will be pampered with aromatherapy and soothing massages. Sessions can take place in your home or office as well as in a studio, and are offered for individuals or small groups.
